User Flow Library is an independently operated software project, not a corporation or other separate legal entity. In these terms, “User Flow Library,” “we,” and “us” mean the individual operating the service.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms for that organization.

User Flow Library turns product screens, routes, recordings, and connected design or repository data into organized screens, flows, diagrams, and related artifacts. Features may change, break, move, or be discontinued as the project develops.

• Provide accurate account information and keep access secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• Only connect repositories, deployments, files, and projects that you are authorized to access.
• Tell the operator promptly through the Support page if you believe an account or token has been compromised.

You keep ownership of content you upload or connect. You give the operator a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transform, and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for your content. Do not upload unlawful material, malware, credentials, private keys, payment-card details, or data that requires safeguards the service does not claim to provide.

Some features use AI providers to analyze screenshots, source material, or prompts and to generate code, markup, names, summaries, or diagrams. Those outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to outputs generated for someone else. Review them before relying on or publishing them.

The service does not provide legal, security, financial, or other professional advice.

If you enable a public project link, anyone with that link may be able to view the content it exposes. You are responsible for deciding what to share and for disabling a link when it should no longer be accessible.

GitHub, Vercel, Figma, Clerk, and other connected services have their own terms. User Flow Library is not responsible for those services or for changes they make to their APIs, availability, or permissions.

You may not use the service to:

• Break the law or infringe another person’s rights.
• Access accounts, systems, repositories, or data without permission.
• Upload malware or deliberately disrupt or overload the service.
• Probe for vulnerabilities outside a good-faith security report.
• Resell access or bypass product limits without written permission.

The service may offer free and paid plans. The price, billing period, included features, renewal terms, and any trial terms shown at checkout become part of these terms. Payments are handled by the billing provider; its terms may also apply.

You may cancel a recurring plan through the available billing controls. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the checkout terms or applicable law say otherwise. Any refund right will be the right stated at purchase or required by law.

This is a small, evolving project. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free output, permanent storage, or a particular response time. Keep your own copies of important source material and exports.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, nonpayment, or a serious breach of these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may resolve disputes.

The effective date will be updated when these terms change. If a change is material, we may also give notice in the product. Continuing to use the service after revised terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
